Annual Pride Celebration at Filoli Historic House & Garden
WOODSIDE, CA – May 22, 2025 — Filoli Historic House & Garden is thrilled to announce our Pride celebrations for 2025. To celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride, Filoli has arranged a slew of programming from June 13–15, 2025, including a House Party, Drag Queen Bingo and Story Time, flower crown making, a sound bath, and more. Pride House Party
June 13, 2025 | 6–10pm
Filoli will be hosting a House Party to kick-off Pride weekend. This four-hour event brings queer artistry to the front with two stages hosting drag, burlesque, DJs, and contortionist performers. The House and Garden will be open throughout the evening and a dance party is planned for the stage on the Ballroom Terrace, one of the most beautiful locations on Filoli’s Estate. Pride Weekend
June 14 & 15, 2025 | 9am–5pm
In partnership with local LGBTQ+ community partners, Filoli’s Pride Weekend will celebrate love, self-expression, and community. This family-friendly event will blend creativity, wellness, and joy throughout the property’s beautiful grounds. Activities include Drag Queen Story Time, sound baths, Flower Crown making, Drag Bingo, yoga, and a poetry workshop and a Sunset Hike.
Filoli’s grounds will feature bursts of color with rainbow decor throughout the Estate and interior of the Historic House. Visitors can connect with local LGBTQ+ organizations at their tables in the Garden and enjoy the Clock Tower Shop for products from queer vendors.
The celebration is free with general admission, some programs require an additional fee.

Summer Nights | June 11–September 18, 2025 | Wednesdays & Thursdays evenings
Throughout the summer, Filoli will stay open till 8pm with exclusive after-hours access, including access to TROLLS: Save the Humans. Guests can enjoy garden strolls, live music, food trucks, and twilight hikes. Cost: $29-$39, includes general admission.
Sunset Hikes | June 11–September 18, 2025 | Wednesday & Thursday evenings
Guests can uncover Filoli’s hidden trails on an exclusive two-mile Sunset Hike. Cost: $75, includes Summer Nights admission.
Wellness Wednesdays | June 18 & July 16, 2025
Guests can enjoy unique, family-friendly outdoor experiences meant to unite the family, and rejuvenate the soul. Cost: $20; general admission is required to attend.

Guests of all ages are welcome at these drop-in art activities inspired by Trolls, transforming recycled materials into creative works of art. Free with general admission.

Guests can craft their own summer-inspired floral arrangement under the guidance of expert Floral Designers, using fresh blooms and greenery from the garden. Cost: $160, includes general admission.
Parent’s Night Out | July 10, 17, 24, 31, August 7, 14, 21, 28, & September 4, 11, 18, 2025
Parents can enjoy a relaxing evening while Filoli takes care of your child care! In this 90-minute, guided experience, kids will explore trails, hunt for treasure, play games, and get creative with arts and crafts—led by the engaging staff of the Riekes Center. Available for elementary-aged children, 5–8pm. Cost: $45 per child; general admission is required for adults
Family Nature Weekend | July 12 & 13, 2025
Inspired by the magic of Trolls, guests will discover how nature brings us together with hands-on crafts, eco-friendly fun, and outdoor exploration inspired. All ages are welcome. Free with general admission. Sponsored by Fergus Garber Architects (FGA).
Service Learning: Orchard Care | July 15, 17, & 19, 2025
Guests will have the opportunity to join Filoli’s Horticulture team in the Gentleman’s Orchard learning via hands-on experience how to mulch, weed, and prune historic fruit trees. Cost: Free; Participants receive free admission to Filoli on the day of the program.
Children’s Redwood Theater | July 20 & August 17, 2025
The adventure begins with a one-mile walk through nature, where you’ll encounter the magical sculptures from the TROLLS: Save the Humans. Guests will emerge at the Children’s Redwood Theater, where magical performances await for children of all ages among Filoli’s Natural Lands. Cost: $20; general admission is required to attend.
Rabbit Hole Theater | July 20, 2025
Rabbit Hole Theater’s puppets and storytelling come to life in Warrior Princess: Quest to Save the Sacred Grove, a whimsical outdoor puppet show.
Banjos and Bluegrass | August 17, 2025
An interactive musical adventure with Gangstagrass, this family-friendly show combines hip hop and bluegrass in a fun, high-energy performance.
Art Walk | July 26 & 27, 2025
Filoli’s annual fair returns featuring over 40 local artists and designers showcasing original paintings, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, and more. Guests can meet the makers, as they stroll through Filoli’s beautiful natural gardens. Cost: Free with general admission
Insider’s Garden Tours | June–September, 2025 | 3rd Thursday of the Month
Guests can go behind-the-scenes with this 90-minute guided tour with Filoli’s Horticultural Team for an exclusive tour, complete with sparkling wine and an exclusive keepsake. Cost: $175, includes general admission.
Summer Stage | August 17–26, 2025
This summer, the ultimate outdoor music experience meets a truly unique outdoor venue. Performers will take the stage in Filoli’s Meadow, set against the stunning backdrop of the Historic House. Cost: $55 for general admission; $125 for VIP admission.

About Filoli
Filoli, (Pronunciation: F ī / Lō / Lē), a historic house and world-class garden, is located just south of San Francisco in Woodside, California. The modern site is situated on the unceded ancestral lands of the Ramaytush Ohlone. Originally built as a private residence in 1917, Filoli was opened to the public in 1975 and is today, a site of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The property is one of the finest remaining country estates of the 20th century, featuring a 54,000+ square-foot Georgian revival-style mansion, 16 acres of English Renaissance gardens, a 6.8-acre Gentleman’s Orchard, and hundreds of acres of natural lands, featuring six distinct ecosystems and two trail loops.
