Discover Filoli's garden anew on this exclusive tour with the seasoned horticulture staff who know every inch of it. Learn about the history of the 16-acre English Renaissance garden, the stories of its treasured specimens, and journey behind the walls to see the magic that makes it happen. This is your opportunity to ask our horticultural experts your burning questions — whether about your home garden or your favorite Filoli tree!

House Curatorial Tour
March through October 2025
First Thursday of the Month | 1:30–3pm
Discover the stories that bring the House to life with Filoli’s Curatorial Team. Get a glimpse behind the curtains of Filoli, including the rarely on-view second floor of the Historic House not typically available to the general public. Highlights include the Family’s bedrooms, sweeping views from Agnes' Sitting Room, and the Curatorial Offices. Start the tour with sparkling wine and leave with a special gift to take home.
