The number on your membership level corresponds to the number of tickets you are allowed per visit. A named member must be present to redeem free member tickets.

At the top of the home page, select "Tickets" in the right-hand corner. From the dropdown menu, select "Member Admission Tickets". Once you are on the day you'd like to visit, select the preferred arrival window. Once you are on the reservations page, sign in to your account.

For booking guest tickets, select "Member Guest" ticket type under Member Admission. Guests and children included with your membership will need to be accompanied by a named member when you check in.

Walk-in tickets for members are not available on sold out days, so make sure to plan ahead and reserve your member tickets online for busy spring weekends. If you need assistance with booking a reservation, please contact the reservations office at 650.364.8300 x1 or email tickets@filoli.org.

Please make sure to use the same email address, name, and contact information you used when purchasing the membership. A duplicate account will be created if you use information that does not correspond to your membership. Filoli members can buy 4 additional tickets (beyond what their membership covers) with a 20% discount each day. 

Select “Tickets” in the right hand corner of this screen. Select “General Admission Tickets” for the desired date and time block you’d like to book for. Sign in to your account as you would when booking member tickets. As long as you are signed in, you will receive a 20% discount on up to 4 general admission tickets each visit.

If you cannot attend with your guests, you are welcome to buy tickets for your friends and family with this discount. Simply forward them the tickets.

Starting on July 1, 2025, all new membership levels include free daytime general admission to Holidays at Filoli. Members receive a 20% discount on all evening general admission tickets to Holidays at Filoli.

If you have a pre-existing membership purchased before July 1, 2025, and would like free daytime general admission to Holidays at Filoli, you are welcome to upgrade your membership by contacting us at membership@filoli.org.

The only membership levels that receive free evening admission to Holidays at Filoli are Circle, Community Family, and Family for All levels.

No. We are grateful to have over 27,000 members, and cannot accommodate all every day. Our parking lot has limited space and we want to make sure all visitors have an enjoyable experience. Members must make reservations ahead of time. Additionally, we encourage members to take advantage of our Member Mornings. From 9am-10am every Saturday and Sunday, Filoli opens early for our members to enjoy the serenity of the estate, with less crowds.
