• Please enjoy the gardens from the pathways and help preserve the beauty by leaving plants, flower beds, displays, labels, and containers just as you found them.
• Be mindful of fellow guests—photography should never block pathways, doorways, or high-traffic areas, and should not disrupt the experience for others.
• To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that props and large photography equipment such as standalone flashes, lights, and reflectors are not used.
• Wedding photography is reserved for couples celebrating with a Filoli Wedding Rental.
• Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are welcome in the gardens and natural lands.
• Portrait photography for personal use is welcome, but commercial photography—such as images for advertising or promotional purposes—requires prior permission from Filoli.
• Filoli may, at its discretion, limit or stop photography if it affects the safety, enjoyment, or preservation of the gardens and grounds.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be photographed, and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials.
