Wellness Week: Tai Chi

Enjoy a morning of moving meditation in the Garden led by a certified Tai Chi instructor. Participate in gentle exercises that create harmony between the mind and body. All ages and skill levels are welcome!
This event has two one-hour timeslots at 10am and 11:30am.
