Wander and wonder on Wednesday and Thursday nights! Slow down, smell the roses, and watch the sun dip behind the mountains. Meet friends for a drink at Filoli's bar or relax on the lawn with your family. Dine from a local food truck as acoustic tunes drift through the air.
Looking for a more active evening? Hike the trail at twilight, visit with a Horticulturist at their pop-up learning spot, or attend a free Garden talk with staff. Discover something new every Summer Night.

Sunset Hikes
July 10 - August 15, 2024
Wednesdays & Thursdays, 6-7:30pm
Explore Filoli’s newly opened trail and trails only accessible with a guide as you venture on a two-mile guided hike. Come for Filoli’s Summer Nights and take a trip into the Natural Lands of the property. Experience sunset trickling through the trees and animals preparing for their evening routines.
Each Experience includes a 90 minute guided tour and Summer Nights admission to Filoli.
Relax on the lawn with your family and dine from a local food truck.
Meet friends for a drink at the Filoli Bar.
Visit with a Horticulturist at their pop-up learning spot.
Attend a free Garden talk with Filoli’s Interpretive staff.

What to Know Before You Go
Bring a picnic blanket or lounge in one of Filoli's chairs. Please do not bring your own chairs.
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted in the Garden or Trail. On Summer Nights, Filoli has food trucks, a cafe, and bar.
Picnic tables are available before the Filoli entrance. Please enjoy your picnic there before or after your visit. No outside alcohol is permitted at Filoli.
Discover something new every Summer Night! We do not post a schedule of musicians or activities in advance. There will be live acoustic music and the opportunity to see something special every night.
Strollers are welcome. Please leave sporting equipment and children's scooters at home.
Service animals are welcome. Please leave pets at home.
