MULTI-DAY CLASS: Friday, September 13, & Saturday, September 14, 9:30am – 4:00pm

Woodland Texture Designs:
Keenly observe nature and learn how to see, source, scale and shape natural works of art and the detail that goes into utilizing bark, branches, mosses, mushrooms, seed pods, berries, herbs, grasses, succulents, lichens and few flowers to create woodland centerpieces and bouquets.

Botanical Couture:
Learn to innovate jewelry design using wire as a base and piece together the often overlooked pieces of textures in seed pods, succulents, and tendrils along with small or deconstructed flowers; create stunning pieces with a plethora of textures and flowers using unfailing mechanics.

Prerequisite: Intermediate Floral Design Experience.

About Françoise Weeks; Born in Belgium, Françoise has infused her work with a quintessential European reverence for flowers and nature. Combined with creativity and mechanical ingenuity, she has crystalized her singular style of Textural Woodlands and Botanical Haute Couture pieces, garnering a global following. Her generosity of knowledge and perspective in use of floral materials, structure and mechanics, in addition to the business of being a florist, unite to create rigorous and exciting learning opportunities for her students to explore all that nature has to offer.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 2-weeks prior to a class are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  Cancellations less than 2-weeks prior to a class are non-refundable.  Filoli does not issue credits for future classes.
