Summer Pruning

Seasonal pruning is essential and this class will target various types of pruning that needs to be performed during the summer months. Pruning techniques will be discussed on a range of plants such as spring flowering shrubs, roses, wisteria and fruit trees as you tour the Garden. Then apply those new-found skills in your own garden.

This class meets in front of the Visitor and Education Center and begins promptly at 10:30 am. It then moves to an outdoor location in the garden or other designated area as determined by the instructor. Late arrivals are not guaranteed participation
