Join us with your friends and family for Filoli’s “Farm to Table” dinner
Begin your summer weekend at Filoli, dining alfresco, wrapped in the warmth of a beautiful July evening. Platters of local, farm–fresh food will be placed on the table and shared among the diners surrounded by the beauty and elegance of the Garden. Fresh ingredients are sourced from local farms, ranches, and Filoli’s orchards and prepared with an emphasis on seasonality, simplicity, and local availability. Enjoy an evening of palatable pleasure when we pair your meal with wine, seasonal appetizers, and dessert, all in the tranquil and beautiful setting of this grand one-hundred-year-old country estate.

Join us for a special evening to honor the remarkable people who maintain and preserve the gardens that we call Filoli. The site for this year’s dinner is one that has only been viewed from afar. Our table will be set between the 100-year-old espaliered apple trees in the Yew Allée of the panel garden. Chef Denna Myers will return to prepare our local, farm-fresh feast. All ingredients will be sourced from Filoli and the local farming community. Arrive early to stroll through the panel gardens and share the experiences of our garden volunteers and staff. Local Harvest Catering
Chef Denna Myers’ passion for cooking began as a young child as soon as she could reach the stove, with some of her best childhood memories taking place in the kitchen. Her personal food philosophy is simply to use the freshest local, organic ingredients with the least amount of time between the ground and the table. She is dedicated to supporting the greater community by sourcing environmentally responsible products and ingredients from local farms and businesses. Among her many accomplishments, Chef Denna is the recipient of the Bert Cutino Award and is a certified Sommelier. Local Harvest Catering is based on the Pacific coast in Santa Cruz, one of the world’s most bountiful and copious agricultural regions.
