Botanical Art Classes

A- A A+

Botanical art combines the observational skills of a scientist with the sensibility of an artist. The result is a rendering of a plant that is both accurate and beautiful. Filoli’s botanical art classes offer an in-depth study of botanical art through challenging and comprehensive courses. The courses include the study of artistic skills and concepts, basic botany, and a variety of mediums. All classes are open to all students; however some classes require prerequisites.

For the Class Catalog, please visit the Adult Classes Overview page.
