April 2017 Calendar
Through Sunday, April 2 — Historic Garden photographs from Filoli’s permanent collection will be on display in the Visitor and Education Center.
New dates this year: June 1 – 4 — We encourage professional designers, retailers, experienced amateur flower arrangers and garden club members to participate in this year’s show. Join us to interpret our theme: “Time Began in a Garden.”
Sunday, April 2 — Every year the California Newt travels several miles during migration. They have a special homing ability that allows them to return to the place they were born. Take a guided hike to see Newts and the Filoli pond and learn more about these fascinating woodland creatures.
April 8 and 22 — Join experienced docents on a guided, two–hour hike along well–maintained trails and learn about the natural environment and wildlife that make Filoli their home.
